Soft Skills

Mapping Soft Skills & Emotional Intelligence is a process of evaluating transversal skills and of’emotional intelligence present and potential in the resources concerned.

Human Enabler focuses on the cognitive aspects strongly challenged in the business environment in the processes of Digitization and management of remote operations (Smartworking).

A specific evaluation will deal with the learning ability Learning Agility – involved in the various organizational roles to participate in projects of reorganization, job rotation, succession planning and openness to global and matrix dimensions.
