Human Enabler foresees a series of periodic meetings in which a first phase of mapping will be addressed (2 dating) and a second phase of development (10 dating).

Human Enabler focuses on the cognitive aspects strongly challenged in the business environment in the processes of Digitization and management of remote operations (Smartworking).

A specific evaluation will deal with the learning ability – Learning Agility – involved in the various organizational roles to participate in projects of reorganization, job rotation, succession planning and openness to global and matrix dimensions.
